At Black Forge Barbecues while complying with all lockdown and social distancing requirements, we are fortunate in that we are able to continue, designing and manufacturing to-order our premium, heavy-duty, stainless steel BBQs in our existing, already isolated, rural workshop.
However, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers we are operating within government social distancing recommendations which inevitably reduces our usual manufacturing capacity resulting in potentially increased lead-times.
To minimise disruption and maintain as quick a turnaround of orders as possible, we have decided to prioritise the manufacture of our two most popular products over others. These being the 'Ikon' barbecue and our 'Built-in and Bespoke' individually designed and manufactured-to-order variants.
However, until lockdown restrictions are eased, we are pleased to announce that we will be are offering substantially discounted prices on these barbecues as follows: -
This includes the full barbecue, 2 x cooking grills, 2 x shallow trays and a charcoal tray, for our cheapest ever ‘Lockdown Price’ of £1,995!
Plus, a further 10% discount on our website prices for all optional extras!
i.e. prices will be calculated as usual following customer supplied specifications, however, this quotation will then have a 15% discount applied.
Also, if you have recently received a quotation from us which you are still considering, – then the above 15% discount will also be claimable against your existing quotation.
Please note that we are still accepting orders for our other bbq website products, however, the prices for these remain the same for the time being and will incur longer lead-times while we prioritise the above.

We are at present offering these discounts until 31st May, however please be aware that as a small and specialist company, designing and manufacturing to order, premium stainless steel barbecues, – that our manufacturing abilities do plateau-out during peak periods, – we are also experiencing an increase in the number of enquiries, (presumably due to bbq enthusiasts in lockdown at home, finally getting around to planning their ideal bbq), - and with orders always taken on a 'first come first served' basis, our manufacturing lead-time inevitably substantially increases as orders are confirmed throughout the coming summer months.
